Procedures
The testing procedure follows Standard Spread Plate Method 9215C. Each sample will be serially diluted into previously prepared buffer solutions. The dilutions will be aseptically transferred and plated according to the method onto Trypticase Soy Agar ( TSA ) media. The plates will be incubated at 25°C with counts taken at 48 hours. The counts will be reported as Colony Forming Units per milliliter of sample (CFU/ml).
